We offer full service, luxury design packages, and when we accept a project and a client, we expect to be in a long term relationship with you. Depending on the scope of your project, we may be working together for years! In fact, that is what we expect and the only kind of client we want to work with. Whether your project is a kitchen or bathroom, or a whole home renovation, we are all-in and provide concierge level design and support.
But when a client “goes rogue” and sources or searches for things on their own, or when we get nothing but crickets when we are trying to move forward in the design process, that’s when projects get derailed and problems start to pop up. If you are unhappy with something, or feel frustrated, or have questions, the first thing you should do is come to us! When you go silent, or even worse, when you decide to take matters into your own hands and shop around and make changes without involving us in the decision, it makes for a really unhealthy partnership.

You will not hurt our feelings, and we will find the perfect solution…but only if you tell us when you want to see some other options! And seriously – there are millions of sofas, and tiles, and flooring options, etcetera out there for us to source for you. That is our job, and what you hired us to do. And we are really good at it, too! You just have to communicate with us.
