For nearly a decade, Sara Lynn Brennan has been recognized as Charlotte’s go-to interior designer and a leading voice shaping the next wave of residential design. Her work spans custom new construction, large-scale renovations and full-scope furnishings and styling, guided by a singular point of view that balances beauty, function and family living.
She is also the founder of All Things Home, a discreetly curated destination in Weddington offering rare access to the vendors and pieces she sources for her full-service design clients, allowing others to experience the brand and take a piece

Brandy Chrismon
Brandy leads the build-focused side of the firm’s most complex projects with confidence, clarity and exceptional attention to detail. With over 20 years of experience in the design-build industry, she brings deep technical expertise and a steady, solutions-driven approach to luxury full-service renovations and custom new construction. Brandy is known for her thoroughness and unwavering advocacy for her clients. She has a natural ability to manage high-stakes projects while keeping the process organized, calm and moving forward. Clients consistently share how much they trust Brandy, valuing her transparency, follow-through and commitment to ensuring every decision is made with their best interests in mind. Working closely with builders and trades, Brandy plays a critical role in translating design intent into beautifully executed spaces. Her leadership, precision and care are central to the seamless experience SLB is known for from concept through completion.
Leonie brings a relaxed confidence to even the most complex design projects, creating an atmosphere that feels calm, enjoyable and well-managed from start to finish. Her ability to guide clients through high-stakes decisions with ease is matched by her deep experience in luxury residential design and her thoughtful, detail-driven approach. Leonie specializes in the full design process, with particular expertise in 3D renderings, space planning and the layered elements that bring a home together — including furnishings, window treatments and styling. Known for her clarity and creativity, she has a natural talent for translating vision into spaces that feel cohesive, intentional and deeply livable. Clients appreciate Leonie’s steady presence and approachable style, trusting
her to lead the design process with care, precision and a sense of ease that makes even the most involved projects feel manageable.
Jen brings a refined hospitality sensibility and a sharp creative instinct to her role as Store Manager of All Things Home. With a background in the hospitality industry, she has worked alongside celebrated chefs to help shape restaurant concepts from idea to opening, an experience that honed her eye for detail, atmosphere and guest experience. Classy, fashion-forward and effortlessly personable, Jen has a natural ability to make people feel welcome while maintaining the high standards behind the scenes. Since joining SLB, she has worked closely with Sara to evolve All Things Home into the curated, thoughtfully layered destination it is today, balancing warmth and approachability with focus, grit and follow-through. Jen plays a key role in the store’s daily operations, merchandising and customer experience, and she is instrumental in shaping the energy and growth of the space as it continues to evolve.

Maddie is a Junior Interior Designer at Sara Lynn Brennan Interiors who works closely alongside Senior Lead Interior Designer Brandy, supporting the execution of the firm’s most complex projects. Detail-driven and highly organized, she assists with selections, documentation, site visits, client communication and presentations, serving as a trusted extension of the senior design team. With experience supporting high-end residential clients and a genuine interest in construction, Maddie is especially passionate about seeing projects come together from the ground up. Eager and committed to growth, she is building her design career at SLB with intention, curiosity and a strong appreciation for the level of care that defines the firm’s work.
Sam is a Junior Interior Designer at Sara Lynn Brennan Interiors who works closely alongside Senior Lead Interior Designer Leonie, supporting the furnishings and styling side of the firm’s luxury residential projects. With a background in high-end home staging, she brings a strong understanding of presentation, proportion and how spaces live beautifully. Detail-oriented and highly creative, Sam assists with selections, styling, presentations and client communication, playing an important role in bringing layered interiors together. She has a natural eye for furnishings and finishes and thrives in environments where taste, collaboration and thoughtful execution are essential. Committed to growth and refinement, Sam is building her design career at SLB with enthusiasm, care and a deep appreciation for the level of detail that defines the firm’s work.
Amanda works closely alongside Sara Lynn Brennan, supporting both the creative and administrative sides of the firm with heart, energy and follow-through. As Administrative and Creative Assistant, she helps translate big ideas into action, ensuring details are captured, communication stays clear and nothing slips through the cracks. Amanda supports scheduling, social media and client experience, while also assisting with the day-to-day flow of the firm. Known for her expressive personal style, thoughtful nature and genuine care for others, she brings a warmth and approachability that makes both clients and team members feel seen and supported. Creative, attentive and deeply invested in the people behind the work, Amanda plays an important role in shaping the rhythm, culture and experience of SLB — adding personality, care and intention to everything she touches.

Kim is the Design Studio Assistant at Sara Lynn Brennan Interiors and a true multi-hyphenate within the firm. With an entrepreneurial background and a deep understanding of what it takes to build something meaningful, she brings drive, flexibility and an all-hands-on-deck mindset to everything she does. Kim plays a critical role in supporting the design team behind the scenes, managing product receiving, inspections and organization to ensure every item is accounted for and installation ready. She is responsible for preparing client bins, maintaining the sample libraries, keeping the studio organized and handling the many moving parts that allow projects to run smoothly from start to finish. Reliable, resourceful and always willing to step in where needed, Kim is essential to helping the team cross the finish line each day. Her work ethic, loyalty and genuine care for the people around her make her a valued part of both the SLB
team and culture.
