And that’s a fair question! Full-service design can look like a lot of things. For example, at SLB, we have several design packages that range from luxury styling & decor, luxury kitchen or bath renovations, and our most comprehensive package, luxury full-service design.
And what each one of those packages have in common, even if the scope of work is very different for all of them, is that we take ownership of the project.
Yes, our process is highly collaborative, and we are absolutely going to ask you a ton of questions to really get to know you, and your lifestyle, so we can understand how your home needs to function to provide the best support for you and your family.
But we are in the driver’s seat, from start to finish. When we’re through, we will have brought your space to completion. There will be nothing left for you to have to do yourself.
Because if there was more work to be done, that wouldn’t feel very luxurious for you, right?

Our role as a full-service design firm is to provide you with white-glove, concierge-level support. We are going to handle the details…all of them. No matter what service we are providing, nothing will be left feeling incomplete.
And no, it’s not “bougie” to hire someone to handle all the details for you! It’s actually really smart.
