Millwork and Moody Blues

This project involved updating a client’s dated dining room and home office, bringing modern elegance and functionality to these essential spaces. In the dining room, we removed the old wainscot and introduced trim work on each wall, painted in a lighter color to create visual interest and a fresh, contemporary feel. The addition of new, sophisticated furniture and a stunning chandelier enhances the room’s ambiance. We also incorporated a patterned wood element into the tray ceiling, adding warmth and texture, while stylish accessories and elegant drapery panels complete the transformation, making the dining room a perfect blend of style and comfort.

In the home office, we aimed for a bold and inspiring atmosphere. The walls were painted in a beautiful, moody blue, creating a rich and inviting backdrop. We styled the bookshelves with carefully curated items, adding personality and charm to the space. The introduction of rich drapery panels, a chic cowhide rug, and new, ergonomic furniture not only elevates the room’s aesthetic but also enhances its functionality. This revamped home office now provides a perfect balance of sophistication and productivity, making it an ideal environment for work and creativity.
