Our typical projects are 3 or more spaces in luxury homes in the Charlotte, Dilworth, Foxcroft, Lake Wylie, Lake Norman, Weddington, Waxhaw and Marvin areas. 

Full Service Renovation - Materials & Labor

Partnering closely with a skilled team of tradespeople and builders, we orchestrate flawless renovation and construction endeavors. Our approach involves crafting personalized design concepts, generating floor plans and 3D renderings, sourcing products from trusted vendors, overseeing material selection, facilitating trades, and managing intricate construction aspects. We'll infuse these projects with styling touches so your new space is warm and inviting. Let us bring your vision to life, handing all the details the whole way through for a stress free luxury experience. 

Foundations

We feel there are key pieces (or Foundations) to every room. This year, along with the opening of our showroom we kicked off our Foundations program to give our clients the ability to work with us if full service interior design isn’t feasible. We will partner with you to ensure you invest in the correct size, scale, color and comfort for those important “Foundation” pieces in your home. As an added bonus, we access some of the vendors our award-winning, luxury sister-company, Sara Lynn Brennan Interiors, uses in their magazine-worthy designs to ensure you get the best quality and most beautiful pieces on the market! Once you have a solid foundation of furnishings, you can style your spaces to completion as you wish or shop our showroom to pull it all together! This is an approachable and truly unique experience that you won’t find anywhere else.

Whether you're in pursuit of a new sofa or the ideal accent chair, count on us for expert guidance at every turn. Each item in our collection is meticulously chosen for its quality craftsmanship, resilience, and customizable features. Remember, what you see on our floor is just the beginning – explore various colors and configurations from our fabric library. Once we tailor the piece to your preferences, we'll provide you with pricing. Expect delivery within 4-6 weeks of ordering, followed by prompt delivery to your doorstep within a week.
