Heather, our Design Operations Manager, is a powerhouse of experience and energy, bringing nearly 20 years of expertise to our team. A true process expert, Heather is instrumental in developing and implementing our systems, ladder of services, and deliverables to enhance our client experience. She’s excited to join the team during this period of remarkable growth for Sara Lynn Brennan Interiors, as we establish ourselves as Charlotte's premier luxury interior design firm. In addition to refining our processes for greater efficiency and organization, Heather also supports the team through every phase of the design process.

Brandy is a highly skilled Interior Designer who expertly leads the "build" aspect of our design projects. With nearly 20 years of experience in the design-build industry, she brings exceptional attention to detail and thoughtful intention to every space she designs. Brandy has a remarkable talent for creating beautiful spaces and maintaining impeccable project schedules. Clients often express how much they enjoy working with Brandy, appreciating how she transforms potentially stressful projects into calm and enjoyable experiences. For any project involving renovation, construction, or new cabinetry, Brandy will be at the forefront. She will be present at the Project Kickoff Meeting to take measurements and contribute to the Idea Session, coordinate with trades, oversee the project, conduct walkthroughs, troubleshoot any issues, and maintain regular communication with the client until the final reveal.

Leonie brings extensive experience in luxury residential design to our firm as an Interior Designer. Her deep knowledge and expertise make her an invaluable asset to our team. With her keen eye for detail, Leonie ensures that every square inch of your space is perfectly accounted for, giving you confidence that everything will fit seamlessly during installation. She is passionate about bringing your vision to life, using our 3D software to create stunning visuals that turn ideas into beautifully customized spaces for you and your family.
