I am soooooo excited to finally drop this news that I’ve been hinting at for a while…
We have officially signed the lease on a new Sara Lynn Brennan Showroom!!
Y’all, when I say this was meant to be, I really mean it! While I knew I’d love to have space for a showroom, our current location didn’t have the space for it, and finding something in Weddington is really tough. It wasn’t something I was actively looking for, even with how busy we are and the additional team members I am adding.
Until one day…
I found out that space on the opposite side of the building we occupy was available! Seriously! And if you know Weddington, you know that doesn’t happen often. This was kismet. Totally meant to be.
So obviously, I called about it right away. I could not have asked for a more perfect opportunity.
It needs some work to be a suitable space for our style and needs. We’re replacing the flooring, painting, adding furnishings. We’re also keeping our current space for our offices and consultations. This new storefront will have 1200+ square feet that we can use for furniture displays, cabinets, decor, and furnishings.
Now that the lease is officially signed, the utilities are in my name, and we’ve started meeting with vendors, the work and fun can begin! Be sure you are following along on Instagram and here in our newsletters as we share updates on “All Things Home by Sara Lynn Brennan”…opening Fall 2023!!
We also plan to carry a small line of retail items. There’s not a ton of retail in Weddington, so we want to offer a few signature gift items. And we want to know: What would you love to see us carry? Do you have any requests? Tell us! We want to hear from you!
This really is a dream come true…I can’t wait to share progress with you! Stay tuned!
